Q. Do you offer a  warranty on all of your products ? 
A. Yes we do offer a 1 year warranty on all of our products.

Q. Do you offer after sales service / Technical support
A. Yes we do offer free sales support. Simply ask a question through our contact us link. One of our sales staff or technicians will be happy to help.

Q. What can I do if you are sold out of a particular product ?
A. We are constantly receiving stock. Please contact us and we will let you know when the product you require is available.

Q. Will I be able to install your products?
A. All our interfaces are easy to install and do not require professional installation.

Q. Do you have instructions to remove the dash of our car?
A. We have most stereo removal instructions. Please contact us for your specific make and model

Q. Will I require a big plug or small plug for my Toyota ?
A. Just contact us with your make and model Toyota and we will help you choose the correct connection. Generally anything after 2003 uses a small plug

Q. Are your interfaces compatible with Sat Nav.
A. Sorry, but they are not compatible.

Q. Are your Mazda interfaces compatible with  Mazda Rx8?
A. Yes, they will work provided they have the correct firmware. Press and hold the Text and Preset 1 buttons at the same time for a few seconds. The firmware will be displayed on your digital display. The firmware must be 9.55 or greater.
The unit will not work with earlier versions or 9.81 or 10.01.

Q. Will this suit my Mazda 6?
A. It is compatible with all Mazda 6's except for 2004 models

Q. Do your interfaces disable the CD player or internal CD stacker?

A. It works as an extra external CD stacker. Please confirm which interface you are refering to and we will direct you into the correct product.

 

Q. How much will the postage cost?

A. Postage is $10 anywhere in Australia.
